【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminingtheeffectivenessofanantibacterialhandwashforreducingthelevelofaerobicbacterialfloraonthehands,followinganextendedperiodofuse.1.2Aknowledgeofmicrobiologicaltechniquesisrequiredfortheseprocedures.1.3Inthistestmethodmetricunitsareusedforallapplications,exceptfordistance.Inthiscase,inchesareusedandmetricunitsfollowinparentheses.1.4Performanceofthisprocedurerequirestheknowledgeofregulationspertainingtotheprotectionofhumansubjects.(Title21CFR,Part50).Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
