【摘要】:Isapplicabletoraworthermallyormechanicallyprocessedwholemilk,partlyskimmedandskimmedmilkprovidedthatthesamplesareingoodcondition.Insomecasesitcanalsobeappliedtopreservedsamples.Theprincipleofdeterminationconsistsinaddingamidoblacksolutiontoatestportionresultingintheformationofaninsolubledye-proteincomplexwhichisremovedbycentrifugingorfiltration,followedbydeterminationoftheproteincontentfromtheabsorbanceoftheresultingsolutioncontaininganexcessofdye.
